Peter Green now ‘retired’ has worked with voluntary organisations for more than 30 years, using his skills and knowledge in human resources, mediation, governance, strategy and policy, and training. He is of ethnic minority background and retired in 2019 as an HMI (Her Majesty’s Inspector) of education and training with whom he was lead adviser for equality and human rights. He is a trustee and volunteer with other charities. Currently also a trustee of Dorset Race Equality Council having been a founder member, he is committed to racial justice as integral to creating a fairer, more just and kinder society that seeks to use differences to bring people together.
