Daniel is one of two vice chairs for the Dorset VCSA Governance Board with particular responsibility for finance.
Daniel has twenty-six years of experience working in the voluntary sector in a wide range of roles including volunteer, specialist advice caseworker and a number of management positions. He is currently Chief Officer of Citizens Advice Central Dorset. He has significant experience in bringing organisations together to deliver meaningful partnerships for the benefit of those local people who are traditionally seen as underrepresented.
He is used to working with people from all backgrounds and enjoys the rich diversity of our volunteer community in Dorset. He also has a track record of running successful campaigns, which identify where policies disadvantage local people and effects change for the good.
Before working in the VCS he completed an apprenticeship as a motor vehicle engineer and worked in the motor trade for thirteen years.
